Day Eight: Get Your Head In The Clouds
We can learn a lot from clouds. Clouds teach us about natural cycles- water comes down in the form of rain evaporates and then condenses back into rain is just one example. They teach us how to use our imagination and daydream and that storms will always pass. They teach us how to feel light and to float through life. They also carry away the things we no longer need. They teach us that our own minds are very powerful and that we are connected in so many ways.
Meditation: Listen to this meditation: Vision: Cloud by Methods
Activity: Today we are going to learn just how powerful our minds are through a phenomenon called “cloud bursting”. Cloud bursting is an activity that involves preexisting circuits in your amygdala that are wired for psychic and telekinetic powers. These circuits lay dormant until you are able to activate them and cloud bursting is one of the easiest activities that does just that. Although this might sound a bit woo-woo, many people practice cloud bursting and are convinced these powers in our brains are real. Cloud bursting shows another way that we are so connected to the wild, even the clouds floating in the sky.
What is Cloud bursting?
Cloud bursting is choosing a specific cloud in the sky and “visualizing” in our mind that cloud vaporizing. It can also be visualizing a cloud appearing as well.
How to Cloudburst:
Write in your journal the following:
Share: Were you able to burst a cloud? Share a picture of the sky in the Facebook group!
Affirmation: Recite the following affirmation out loud: I am able to connect to a cloud and burst it with my mind. My mind is powerful and can do so much more than I have experienced.”

What is Cloud bursting?
Cloud bursting is choosing a specific cloud in the sky and “visualizing” in our mind that cloud vaporizing. It can also be visualizing a cloud appearing as well.
How to Cloudburst:
- Choose a spot outside where you can see a large area of the sky. You want to make sure there are plenty of white fluffy clouds- storm clouds, really dense clouds, or fast moving clouds because high winds do not work well.
- Make sure the spot you choose is quiet and you will not be distracted. You will need to focus your brain and distractions make that difficult.
- Ask your mind to go into a positive and open state.
- Choose a specific cloud in the sky and place your focus on that cloud. Visualize a white ball of energy moving from the front of your mind to the cloud and vaporizing it.
- The less resistance and/or tension you have the easier it will be to vaporize the cloud. Try and let go of any outcome and let your energy flow.
Write in your journal the following:
- Were you able to feel the energy from your brain reach your intended cloud? What did that energy feel like?
- Were you able to let go of any resistance that may have been blocking you from vaporizing a cloud with your mind? If not, what was the resistance?
- Did you feel connected to the clouds?
